FLOK are a Manchester four-piece blending alternative rock with punchy, emotionally charged songwriting. Emerging from the city’s grassroots venues, they’ve begun building momentum through energetic live shows and regional support slots. FLOK have recorded two original tracks with Sugar House Studios, including their most recent single 'Stop Turning'. With their first releases, and live activity widening, FLOK are building momentum across stage and studio as they establish themselves within Manchester’s alternative scene.

Driven by immediate crowd response and rapid word-of-mouth, the band are stacking momentum across the UK live circuit, with recent sold-out headline shows in both their hometown of Manchester, and in London.
Beyond their own headline dates, FLOK have built a reputation for high-impact performances on major support slots. Previous highlights include supporting The Entitled Sons at MCR1 Live (hosted by Radio X’s Adam Brown) and opening for Letters to Lions at The Deaf Institute.
Their latest single, 'Stop Turning', showcases the band's focus on driving guitar work, raw tension, and direct songwriting – receiving coverage on the airwaves from 59 independent radio stations and John Kennedy on Radio X.
With new studio tracks underway, live recording sessions in progress, and an expanding schedule of UK show dates, FLOK are consistently growing their audience and pushing their live footprint forward.
